Once we receive your shoes in our office, we will issue you a full refund minus the non-refundable flat shipping rate and $9.95 for return shipping label. Our Concierge Team will email you when the refund has been processed.
Please note your refund will post two to five days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your month credit card statement. All orders will be refunded in the method of payment used at the time of the original purchase. In the absence of that method of payment, a store credit will be issued.
Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of another gift card and mailed to your billing address.
